- Negative body image thoughts
- Pressure to meet unrealistic fitness standards
Please consider speaking with a mental health professional. Your worth is not defined by your physical abilities.

Physical Safety During Challenges
Fitness challenges should be fun, not dangerous. Please remember:
- Know your limits - Don't attempt challenges beyond your current fitness level
- Warm up properly - Prepare your body before intense activity
- Use proper form - Poor form leads to injuries
- Stay hydrated - Especially during intense challenges
- Don't exercise alone - For heavy lifts or risky movements, have a spotter
- Stop if you feel pain - Sharp pain is your body's warning signal
- Consult a doctor - Before starting any new fitness routine, especially if you have health conditions
If you experience dizziness, chest pain, or shortness of breath during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
